My experience with the Journey On relaxation provided a mini retreat and taught me to redistribute mentally biological elements of my body functions by thinking first my intentions. Breathing, mental imaging and subtle control factor into a relaxing momentum and streaming biological rhythms. At the end of the audio, I fell asleep.

ReplyDeletethat is a nice sensation, i usually love to sit down or be on silence trying to hear the sounds of the nature too be calm and relax, because the best thing in the world to be calm its the sounds of the waves in front of the beach. and i do think that all those relaxing moments help to maintain a healthy mind, spiritual and physical life.
